About us



We are manufacturing high quality industrial chains and other sugar machinery parts since 1960. We have achieved many distinctions in manufacturing various types of chains , which used to wear out within the shortest period .

GEE ESS chains have followed a tradition of identifying with the Technologist/Engineer, his needs and wants, upholding his wants, trying to find a solution to his each problem.

All chain parts duly hardened, tempered and ground followed by the chain assembly on hydraulic machines especially designed for chain fitting, has provided us an edge to serve our clients with the best quality in class.



Our Products



Cane Field Chains



We offer a variety of chains used in the harvesting of cane. Various types of roller and double pitch roller chains are available.



Combination Chain



Combination Type Chains have cast steel block links alternating with steel sidebars. This configuration provides an ideal compromise of strength, stability and price.



Feeder Table Chain



This type of Chains are used for feeder tables. These are of simple chain construction and has S-type attachment at equal interval of links, which drags the cane over the table to feed the Cane Carriers.



Welded Chain



Welded Steel Chains provide dependable operation with long wear life; the ability to accept shock loads and freedom from high maintenance costs. They provide great flexibility to Sugar Mill users since attachments can be welded easily on site.



REDLER FORGED LINK CHAINS



Forged link Type Redler type drag chain is manufactured from special alloy steel. Forged in closed die to give exact shape and size to maintain interchangeability of chain links. These chains are available with wide variety of attachments to suit the application.



DIFFUSER CHAINS



We also manufacture conveyor chains for use in diffusers for use in the sugar industry. The washing and straining during this process can prove very strenuous on the conveyor chains being used. Diffuser chains are available up to 950mm pitch



CHAIN for BUCKET ELEVATOR



Wide variety of Bucket Elevator chains for use in allied industries is manufactured by us. Bucket elevator for Sugar, CEMENT Clinker, Food grains, Feed plants and for various other applications in manufactured. Complete Bucket elevator system on turnkey basis is also done by our team.



PAVER CHAINS



High quality chains for paver machine is available in sizes from 2.5 inch pitch, up to 4 inch pitch.



DRIVE CHAINS



Drive chains of all steel construction is ruggedly built, dependable chain for sugar mill service where speed ranges are slow to moderate and the loading is severe. Our Drive Chains are capable of with-standing heavy stock loads even under adverse environment conditions.



APRON CONVEYOR CHAINS



Conveyor Chains for apron feeder are available with us. We manufacture and supply complete APRON CONVEYOR CHAIN with apron type slats duly assembled and fitted for suitable applications. Our chains withstand high breaking loads and give longer service life.



SUGAR MILL CHAINS



Cane Carrier Chain



These chains are manufactured out of high quality alloy steel and stainless steels according to the requirements of our respected clients. Every care is taken into consideration the hazardous conditions under which these chains are to be operate. All the parts are ground to be close tolerances to achieve the maximum accuracy and then heat-treated to attain optimum wear resistance.



Bagasse Conveyor Chain



A wide variety of Bagasse Conveyor Roller Chains are available for selection. All chains are manufactured from high quality steel and heat treated to obtain optimum characteristics of strength and wear resistance.
Selective materials and press fit assembly of chains is advantageous and gives trouble free working for longer duration.
Duly assembled chains with slats and rakes is also supplied.



Forged Block Type Chain



FORGED LINK BLOCK TYPE CHAINS are manufactured from selected quality steels with pins & Bushes of stainless steel. We have successfully developed these chains which can stand for crushing 15 to 20 million MT of cane without any stoppage or breakdown.



Intermediate Carrier Chain



INTERMEDIATE CARRIER ROLLER CHAINS are performing in highly corrosive environment. When high loads dictate a stronger chain all steel roller versions will meet the need. Slat type carriers with AS2 attachments or Scraper type with A2 attachments, both with stainless steel Articulating parts will ensure trouble free intermediate carriers.



Bulk Conveyor
Drag Chain



BULK CONVEYOR CHAINS are widely preferred for high speed conveying of bulk powdered materials. Used for feeding and filing of silos.
We also take up the complete turnkey project for installation of bulk flow chain conveyors.
Portable type Silo feeder conveyors are also available.



ASH CONVEYOR FORGED LINK CHAIN



We are manufacturing highly durable and wear resistant fly ash conveyor chains being used in submerged conveyors. Coal fly ash is a highly abrasive constituent of cement & is highly used in various other industries as well.
Our Ash Conveyor Chains, have all all parts specially hardened and tempered to meet the anti-wear specifications that gives remarkable strength to the chain, increasing the working life of chains.



SLATS



Our top quality mild steel slats are available for our Cane Carriers with Main, Auxiliary and intermediate carrier chains. Pressed steel channels with or without central corrugation are available for Bagasse conveyors. Slats are manufactured using a multi pressure progressive forming process for controlled linear and profile accuracy, holes are die punched for consistent results to ensure perfect fitting of slats of chains. “Our Quality management ensure top quality products.



FABRICATED RAKES FOR INTERMEDIATE and BAGASSE CONVEYOR



Fabricated Rakes for Intermediate Block Forged Chains and for fabricated all steel construction roller chains. These rakes for drag & elevate applications are precisely fabricated as per design and drawing requirements. Each and every welded joint is checked for quality and flawlessness.



CHAIN FOR SUGAR ELEVATOR



Many of our standard chains can be used in sugar elevators, a small cross section is shown here. Chains are available with different attachments : K1, K2, A1, A2, G4 etc.



TRAVELLING GRATE BAR CHAIN FOR BOILER FEEDING



Boiler Grate Bar Chains are manufactured from high quality steels to withstand high temperature applications.
We have different designs and sizes of Grate Bar Chains to suit the varied applications and loads.
Selective material specifications and specially heat treated chain parts, provide an added advantage to wear resistance and enhanced chain life.



MESHED STEEL BELT APRON CONVEYOR



These steel super belt apron conveyors are manufactured from high quality steel wire mesh to withstand high temperature applications.
